🕒 Claims & Issues:
Please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving your order if there’s an issue with your shipment. Whether it’s a damaged item or something doesn’t match your order, let us know and we’ll work to make it right.
🚫 Opened Products:
For safety and hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on opened or unsealed products.
📦 Return Requests:
To request a return, please email us at team@firststopshoppingrt.com. All returns must be approved in advance and include a Return Authorization Number provided by our team.
📸 Damages:
If your package arrived damaged, please take a quick photo and send it along with your message. Also, let the delivery carrier know if possible.
